Sponsors enjoy a 10×8 ft exhibition space, panel discussion participation, and a breakout session speaking opportunity. Your brand will be prominently featured on select event banners, digital assets, the event brochure, website homepage, agenda page, and Sponsor Prospectus, with added exposure through three months of newsletter ads, LED screen display, and placement in the SACF homepage sponsor carousel.

In addition, the package includes a booth interview, a three‑minute video‑taped interview for post‑event marketing, and logo presence on the red carpet photo booth backdrop. I/we hereby apply to become a Diamond Sponsor of the South Asian Cultural Festival (SACF) 2026 with a sponsorship commitment of $20,000. I/we agree to comply with all event guidelines, sponsorship terms, and benefits outlined in the Diamond Sponsor Prospectus and Agreement. I/we understand that submission of this application does not guarantee sponsorship until confirmed by the organizers
