I/we hereby apply to become the Silver Sponsor of the South Asian Cultural Festival (SACF) 2026 with a sponsorship commitment of $5,000. Upon acceptance, I/we agree to comply with all event guidelines, sponsorship terms, and benefits outlined in the Title Sponsor Prospectus and Agreement provided by the SACF organizing committee. I/we understand that submission of this application does not guarantee sponsorship until confirmed by the organizers, and participation is subject to review and approval
